It’s always best to send us your payment immediately to ensure Bright Bullion can honor the confirmed price. If payment is not received, Bright Bullion reserves the right to either accept your payment, refuse, cancel your order, or provide a new quote based on the market price at the time we received payment.

What happens if I don’t send a check or follow up on my order after it has been confirmed?

Your order may be canceled if we do not receive a payment within the required time period. Also, your account may be closed and you may no longer be able to place trades with us. If a decline in the market price occurs, you will be liable for any market loss we incur for locking in and accepting your order. You will be charged the difference between your confirmed price and the market buy price when your order is officially canceled. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of Bright Bullion.

Can I cancel my order?

Once we have issued an order number, all prices are locked-in whether buying from us or selling to us. It is not our intention to enter buying and/or selling transactions, accepting the risks involved, only to have them canceled. However, we realize rare situations happen where orders need to be canceled. Should you elect to cancel, you may do so by contacting the customer support with your order number.

All cancellations are subject to our Market Loss Policy plus a $55.00 (USD) cancellation fee. At that time, if any market loss to Bright Bullion has occurred, it will be calculated and added to the $55.00 (USD) cancellation fee. If applicable, any cancellation fee and/or market loss will be charged the full amount due, as per User Agreement. No future orders may be permitted until any market loss is paid in full.

How do I pay a market loss if I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order and, at that time, a market loss to Bright Bullion has occurred, it will be calculated and added to the $55.00 (USD) cancellation fee. If applicable, you may elect to pay any market loss by Zelle, Bitcoin or bank transfer at that time, or we will invoice you and you will then have 12 days to pay the amount due in full. Bright Bullion reserves the right to limit any orders, either when buying from or selling to Bright Bullion, until any market loss is paid in full. If payment has already been received for the order, market loss or cancellation fees can be deducted from the refunded amount.

Market Loss Policy

Our “Market Loss Policy” (Ask To Ask Policy)

When purchasing from Bright Bullion, once we have issued a confirmation number, the price is locked in for you and the transaction may not be cancelled, but only offset at our current ask price. Any deficit between the price at which we sold to you and the offsetting purchase price and or prices, is your responsibility only if your item(s) is cancelled or returned. That amount will be charged to you, plus a $55.00 (USD) cancellation fee. That is our Market Loss Policy. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of Bright Bullion.
